Mr. Zhang is a Senior Partner of Long An Law Firm.
Mr. Zhang specializes in foreign investment, general corporate law, international trade, intellectual property protection, employment law, anti-dumping and safeguards, litigation and arbitration.
Mr. Zhang has been practicing PRC law since 1997. Before Mr. Zhang joined Long An Law Firm, he worked in Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice and Shanghai COSCO Real Estate Co., Ltd.
Mr. Zhang provides litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute solutions service to clients with respect to any disputes arising from their business in or out the PRC. Mr. Zhang was involved in quite a number of leading cases, and his clients include many multinational corporations and large-scaled domestic enterprises. Mr. Zhang also provides counsel to some corporations with respect to their daily business operations. Mr. Zhang places great importance on maintaining close and regular contacts with legislative, administrative, and judicial authorities in China.
Mr. Zhang studied WTO rules and EU laws in Geneva and Brussels in 2004. In the course of study, he visited the WTO, European Union, the EU Parliament, WIPO, OECD, US Embassy in WTO, EU Embassy in WTO, French Chamber of Commerce and other international organizations, and also visited many world famous enterprises, including HP, Carrefour, Microsoft, Schneider-Electric, France Telecom, Renault Trucks, etc.
